Assertive Communication Workshop

Are you feeling unheard, having a hard time speaking up for yourself, or having difficulty getting your needs/wants across when talking with other’s. We are offering a series of workshops that educate and practice the various communication and assertiveness skills in order to help you be heard. It may be difficulty speaking, social anxiety, or even just feeling like every time you have a conversation with someone it leads to conflict – whatever your concern, these workshops on communication can provide help and guidance.

Some of the topics to be discussed include:
 Difference between passive, aggressive and assertive thoughts/communication and behaviour  Learning how to say no  How to give and receive constructive criticism  Dealing with conflict  Learning how to effectively communicate (talking and LISTENING)
